Course access, cancellation and support
The conditions below apply to Longevity Principles and are presented before purchase so that learners can make an informed decision.

Access and enrolment
- Access is valid for six months from the purchase date.
- Enrolment is personal and non-transferable.
- The advertised price includes applicable taxes.

Cancellation and refunds
- A full refund may be requested during the first 14 calendar days after purchase.
- After that period, refunds for change of mind are not available, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights that may apply.
- When a refund is issued, course access ends and any certificate already issued is revoked.

For questions about access, payment, cancellation or certificates, contact contact@thelongevityacademy.org. We aim to provide a first response within two business days; this is not a guarantee that every request will be fully resolved within that period.
